For your 2012 Subaru Forester Yakima recommends the 50 inch Jetstream bars if you have the raised roof rails. You'd need the roof rack components # Y00425 and # Y33TR to complete the rack.
If instead you don't have roof rails you'd still need 50 inch Jetstream bars with the components # Y00425, # Y53TR, and # Y00233 and you'd be set!
