I was looking to purchase this item for my vehicle but my question is, does this include the towers as well as the landing pads and cross bars? Or just the landing pads and cross bars?

Idk exactly how you got to that specific page but it's only including the Yakima JetStream crossbars # Y00425 and Landing Pads for Yakima SkyLine and Control Towers # Y00233 and does not include the towers needed.
