Yes, the Yakima roof rack you mentioned that consists of part numbers # Y00425, # Y53TR, and # Y00233 is a confirmed fit for the roof of your 2018 Subaru WRX and would be a great option.

This would then be compatible with the Yakima Forklift part # Y02098 that you mentioned.

All you need to install lock cores in the feet of the rack I mentioned is the part # Y07204. This kit comes with four cores for each of the feet, a change key to install the cores and two keys that will unlock them. When you get the cores write down the number that is printed on the side of them. That way if you ever need to order replacement keys you'll know which ones you'd need!
