  It does not come with instructions but it is pretty easy to replace. For your Titan Aero 6000 the correct replacement master cylinder is item # T4395100.   I went out to the warehouse to pull the Replacement Master Cylinder Filler Cap # T4480701 for your older Titan Model 60 Actuator. I was able to find that the rubber piece you described is actually the diaphragm insert that is sealed within the cap. Most likely, something occurred inside the reservoir that essentially forced or ripped this piece from the cap.   It's hard to tell which cap you need exactly from the picture but I measured the caps we have that might work for you. Part # T4480701 for Titan Model 60 actuators measures 1-1/4 inches at the threads like you previously saw. Part # T4830601 for Titan Model 10 and 20 actuators measures 1-5/8 inches.   That rubber plug looking piece is not part of the cap assembly. It would not get attached to the cap. Where exactly is the fluid leaking out of? If it's through the top of the cap it is bad and would need to be replaced with part # T4480701. If it's leaking around the threads that would indicate that the cap just may not be tightened down all the way or the o-ring is bad.

• Troubleshooting Seized Filler Cap On Titan Model 60
  For the Titan model 60 filler cap, a little penetrating oil may be wise around the seal and tap the cap to let the vibration move the fluid. If you have a 1-1/4 inch socket with a breaker bar, that is probably your best option. If not, some channel locks or vice grip may help. A final straw option would be to use a pipe wrench which would mess up your cap, but may remove it without drilling it out.
