Question:
I have a question regarding the cap for a TITAN aero 6000 actuator. Specifically does it have some sort of pressure release or bypass function? The actuator seems to be leaking fluid around the cap and I cant see how it is getting out of the cap.

The Master Cylinder Filler Cap # T4480701 on your Titan Aero 6000 brake actuator does have a small pin hole that works with the diaphragm in the cap to release excess pressure in the reservoir. It may be that either fluid is leaking from this hole in the cap or that the rubber o-ring on the cap is damaged allowing fluid to get past.
If your rubber o-ring is damaged and causing the leak you should just replace the cap and o-ring at the same time. This will reduce the risk of the diaphragm in the cap being bad as well or going out on you shortly after.
