Actuator Cap For Venture Boat Trailer Actuator

Question:

good morning looking for a cap for my boat trailer actuator resevoir I need one that has 1 1/2 thread fyi, dont pay attention to the 1 picture the top cracked when I was trying to get it off can you help Thanks Ted

We do not currently have any parts that work exclusively on Venture Boat Trailer actuators, but we do have caps and other replacement parts from other manufacturers that might work for you. I did some looking and all of our actuator reservoir caps seem to be either 1-1/4" or 1-5/8" threaded diameter. I did take a look at the Venture website and they don't seem to have direct replacement for this cap either.

If you haven't measured with a calipers like # PTW80157 you may want to re-measure to make sure that your cap isn't actually 1-5/8". If you end up having a cap that is 1-5/8" you could use Replacement Master Cylinder Cap for Titan BrakeRite Brake Actuators # T4830600 or # T4830601.

If you wanted to replace your old actuator, let me know what kind of brakes your trailer has and I can recommend an appropriate replacement.
