I would recommend using a spray lubricant like WD-40 to try and loosen the cap on the master cylinder of your coupler actuator. Using a tool like vise-grips should allow you to remove the cap from the housing.
If you are able to remove the cap and find it needs to be replaced, you would order part # T4480701.
If you are still unable to remove the cap, we offer replacement master cylinders for the Titan Model 60 coupler actuators. If you have drum brakes on your trailer and you have a Model 60 actuator, the replacement kit is part # T4395100. If you have disc brakes on your trailer, the replacement kit is part # T4820000.
The replacement kits contain the master cylinder, filler cap, connector and hardware needed.
