Question:

Is the cap for the titan 10 0r 20 bigger than the titan 60? I ordered a cap but, it was smaller than the one that is broke

There are a few different replacement caps for the various Titan actuators. Replacement # T4830601 that you referenced fits model 10 and 20 actuators. Since it doesn't fit you must have one of the others.

Cap # T4480701 is for model 60 and Aero 7500 actuators. It has an overall width of 1-1/2 inches. The threaded part that screws in is 1-1/4 inches.

And then there is # T1755600 for model 6 actuators. It is pretty unique compared to the others since it screws around the mating part of the master cylinder rather than into it like the others.
