Question:
Hello, I have a Titan actuator on my triple axle trailer. I need a new cap as mine was stuck on and I had to cut it out to get it off. The Titan 60 cap only shows to be 1-1/4 on the bore size. My cap is 1-1/2 in. I cannot find it anywhere and need one. can you help? A few pix of the size of the cap.

It's hard to tell which cap you need exactly from the picture but I measured the caps we have that might work for you. Part # T4480701 for Titan Model 60 actuators measures 1-1/4 inches at the threads like you previously saw. Part # T4830601 for Titan Model 10 and 20 actuators measures 1-5/8 inches. As does part # T4830600 which is for the Titan BrakeRite.
Can you tell which actuator you have? If there's nothing on it to indicate it's model send me a few pictures of it and I'll see if I can figure it out. I can reach out to my contact at Titan if we need to.
