If you look at the picture I have included of Replacement Master Cylinder Filler Cap # T4480701 I would say that is coarse threaded. But regardless this cap specifically fits Titan and Dico model 60 actuators and Titan Aero 7500 actuators. If you have one of those you are good to go. If you have something different then I cannot guarantee it is a fit.

I wish we had an install video or even a manual for the Kodiak Caliper Rebuild kit #KDBC225KIT that you referenced but the best we can offer at this time is an exploded diagram that shows how all of the parts go together.

For your application I recommend using the Titan Actuator #T63FR if you have drum brakes or the Dexter DX7.5 #099-175-20 if you have disc brakes. These are rated for 7,500 lbs and fit a 2" hitch ball which should match up just fine for your 2007…
