As far as appearance goes that most closely resembles the Replacement Master Cylinder Filler Cap for Titan Model 60 Actuators # T4480701. In order to make sure this fits I recommend taking some measurements.
The # T4480701 has an overall width of 1-1/2" and the diameter at the threads is 1-1/4". The overall height is 1" with the height of the threads measuring 3/8". As long as the threaded part has the same measurements it should fit your actuator. See the diagrams below showing these measurements.
