Great quality. Highly recommended. As a side note, these jacks arrived very carefully packed! Often I receive packages that appear to have been packed by chimps. This shipment from etrailer was professionally done by an obviously well-trained person. First rate!!!
Parts fit and delivery was super fast. Just wish it all wasn't made in China. I guess that is why the prices are low. Would like to be able to consider and American option. UPS had trouble with shipping box falling apart but they had all of the nuts and bolts.

This Jack was an exact match to the one that came on my Riverside Retro trailer. Removing the old Jack and installing this one was super easy and only took about 10-15 minutes. It fit perfectly and works great!

Etrailer sent me wrong parts on a correct order I placed. I paid for extra 3 day shipping and they would not send me the correct parts at 1 or 2 day shipping when I needed the part to go away for the weekend camping.

I have a tongue mounted toolbox that did not allow the clearance for the handle on a top-wind jack so this worked out perfectly.
THE SIDE CRANKING MOTION SEAMS TO TAKE HALF THE TIME WHEN CRANKING UP OR DOWN THE JACK.THE OLD JACK I HAD CRANKED FROM THE TOP AND IT PUT ALOT OF STRAIN ON MY BACK.I HAVE BACK TROUBLE.THE CONTINUE MOVING OF THE HANDLE AWAY THEN BACK AT YOU,FORCING YOU TO LEAN OVER THE JACK WHILE CRANKING IT UP OR DOWN.
Delivered on time and in good condition
With a tool box on the front of my tailer being in the way, and the original jack being pretty worn out, it was time for a new one. The new side crank is really nice compared to the old top mount crank. My only problem was the trailer had an older style large three bolt pattern. A simple adapter plate fixed the issue.

After a year using these jacks they are still working good as the way it should be
