I need a bolt on 3 hole pattern trailer jack The outside tube diameter is 2 inches or less. I need to replace I with a through hole that is already there. I dont want one on the size.

We do have an A-frame jack with a two inch outer diameter upper tube. It is the A-Frame Trailer Jack - Sidewind - 1,000 lbs. by Dutton-Lainson item # DL22530. This is a 1,000 lbs capacity A-frame jack that has 15" of travel and a 29-3/4" maximum tongue height.
This jack has the option for a foot and a wheel. For the foot you will want the Removable Steel Foot with Pin for DL22530 A-Frame Trailer Jack by Dutton-Lainson item # DL22541. For the wheel you will want the Removable Wheel for Dutton-Lainson A-Frame Trailer Jack Model 6418 item # DL22414.
