I have a BD165412 bulldog that has some gears broken. Is there a way to fix the gears or is it welded together

With your Bulldog Heavy-Duty, Rack-and-Gear Jack BD165412 being obsolete you will want to replace your jack with one like the A-Frame Trailer Jack # TJA-2000S-B. This jack has 2,000lbs of lift capacity which you can add a Caster # JC-102 and extends up to 15". Bulldog no longer manufactures any parts such as the gears for your jack.
