The Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers part # LC429756 only works with sidewind handle jacks, not topwind. That said, jacks are pretty cheap and you're already removing the mounting hardware so you might as well just swap out with the Round A-Frame Trailer Jack part # TJA-2000S-B.
