  Replacement gears are brand and model specific so I would need to know exactly what you have in order to find the correct replacements. Topwind jacks, like the Round A-Frame Trailer Jack # TJA-5000T-B will typically have a threaded rod that the handle attaches to and usually a use a bearing instead of gears like a sidewind jack does. • Do You Carry a Bolt On Trailer Jack Which Mounts to a Trailer Tongue With 2 Mounting Bolts Versus 3?
  All the bolt on trailer jacks we carry use the 3 bolt pattern which is commonly found on todays Couplers # DM14793-81. You may be able to replace your current jack with a Round A-Frame Trailer Jack # TJA-5000T-B. This will require a 2-1/4" hole opening for the jack to fit through as well as new mounting holes to be drilled into the mounting plate to secure the jack.

This was an odd design and the manufacturer (Shelby) has been out of business for quite some time.   The most common outer diameter for an a-frame trailer jack is 2-1/4 inch but the 2 inch diameter you have is also reasonably common as well. In nearly all situations a 2-1/4 inch jack will replace a 2 inch jack as the hole on the trailer frame where the jack passes through is big enough for both sizes.
