Cranking a trailer by hand can wear you out before the fun even starts. The Trailer Valet JXS Drill Powered Swivel Jack turns an 18-volt or 24-volt cordless drill into the muscle you need. Just swap the handle for the included drill adapter, squeeze the trigger, and the jack winds up or down smoothly through 14" of lift. It supports up to 1,600 lbs manually or 800 lbs with a drill, plenty for most setups. When you finish, it locks parallel to the tongue for travel and stows neatly out of the way.
Salt, rain, and road grime have a way of eating through ordinary finishes, but not this one. A zinc-nickel inner and outer tube pair with a rough black powder coat rated for 700-hour salt spray resistance. The textured surface holds up against scratches that can expose bare metal, helping the jack stay corrosion-free even after saltwater submersion. A nylon sleeve seals out moisture between the tubes, so the glide stays smooth season after season.
Whether you’re leveling on gravel or soft ground, the included footplate spreads the load to keep your trailer from sinking. With a 5,000-lb support rating and precision-machined steel tubing, the JXS stays stable under pressure. The spring-loaded pull pin makes it quick to swivel clear after hitching, and the side-mount design stays tucked alongside the frame to avoid tailgate interference.
Inside, a nylon sleeve fitting between the tubes eliminates rattle and drag while the composite gears dissipate heat for consistent motion. You can keep the internals in shape without taking it apart—just use the built-in grease zerk to refresh the gears. It’s a small detail that saves time and keeps the jack cranking easily year after year.
Installation is straightforward thanks to the included mounting hardware. The bracket fits trailer frames up to 4-3/4" tall x 3-3/4" deep and only needs 8" of frame clearance. With 14" of lift and a retracted height of 11-1/2" (25-1/2" extended), the JXS provides plenty of range to get your trailer level and hitched without stacking blocks or over-cranking.

The drill powered trailer valet is a GREAT addition to my trailer and the way I utilize my Toyota Tacoma. My trailer has a short tongue and it came with a center jack. But I could never open the tailgate to a level position. I also have a Decked storage drawer in the truck bed. Now after removing the center jack and installing the Trailer Valet my tailgate can be opened when using the trailer. I can also access the storage drawer. A perfect solution for my needs.

So far, so good. I'd have preferred the mount had a spring loaded pin to make it quicker to switch to horizontal storage position. It would also be nice if it came with a cover. Otherwise my 18V drill powers it beautifully to lift my 500 lb tongue weight, dual axle boat and trailer. We'll see how well the finishes hold up to the elements. It looks great right now.

Easy install, looks way better than stock ones and allow me to remove the A Frame jack that was an issue with the tailgate of my truck.
The jacket itself works great. However,the hand crank would not stay on the unit, and fell off and was lost. Because of this, I had to buy another hand crank, and now I always have to keep it in the vehicle. On more than one occasion, I had the wrong vehicle without the crank, then had to go back and get it in order to disconnect/reconnect the trailer. The company apologized for this, but I still have the same defective unit.
I like the unit itself. It feels very well built, and was easy to install however, it was obvious that my unit was either blemished from the factory or a used item.
I put 2 of these on the tongue of my trailer. I have a 30 kw genset of this trailer and use the Jackson to level up the tongue and 2 hydraulic jack stands to maintain the rear. I supplement with 2 regular jack stands to minimize vibrations

I really liked the drill feature that allows you to raise/lower the jack with a drill, fast!
The only suggestion I would have for the mfr of the product would be to size and machine the shank of the socket that raises and lowers the jack to work with either a drill or a driver. Otherwise it’s a great product and I’d buy again and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a well built trailer jack.

The only reason this product gets a 4 star is because I would prefer that the adapter is a universal fit. Now I'm researching a socket to go over the adapter and an extra adapter, and that's expensive. Other than that, I really like this jack, works really well in a tight space. Easy to install.
Very well product. Convenient to lower and lift the jack with the drill attachment. Only issue I had was the mounting the mounting bracket wasn’t long enough for the screws to catch but I made do with some other brackets I had.

This jack comes with hardware that will fit with a frame up to 4.75 inches x 3.75 inches. And it does require 8 inches of clearance.

a bullet-proof jack, have two now and four mounts on different trailers.
Actually I install this valet trailer jack on my boat for the reason that every time I was going to clean the boat I have to disconnect from the hitch work really good for me. But the reason that is steel got corrosion if you guys made a galvanized with the drill up and down will be incredibly.

Best trailer jack I've ever owned. I use a drill to operate the up or down motion, and it is very easy to swivel to the up and lock position. Would recommend to anyone
OMG -- after I received this first drill-powered jack I bought two more for two other trailers I own and use! I'm now 78, and soooo wish these were available fifty years ago! The one and only "negative" is if you run your 1/2" battery impact at full speed and come to either up- or- down limit -- there is no "cushion". 1st time for me, I was running Milwaukee at slow rpm, and my wrist just got a tad twisted. BUT, I wager -- SOMETHING TO BE AWARE OF -- if running at full speed -- a possibld broken wrist might even happen? Other than this, again, I'd rate them all at twenty -- on the 10-scale :)! (I marked shaft with a Sharpie before end-limit, so I know when end is near.) Another real "plus" of unit is, without a crank on it, I'm sure theft-potential is reduced! And, to have the provided crank locked in truck sure is nice to have, should impact battery die... geo

Hey, George! I'm glad that you're loving the jack so much. I always say, better late than never. To your comment about no "cushion", you don't want to accidentally over extend the jack either up or down. If too much force is used, especially when jacking it up, could hyper extend the jack causing it to get stuck. Just something to keep an eye on. And slower speeds with the drill is always best! I received the Valet JSX and immediately installed it on my trailer. My trailer has a 2” x 4” beam that I attached it to so installation was quick and easy. This trailer jack is exactly what I needed for my trailer. It’s sturdy, made of heavy duty material, built to last, and looks sharp on my trailer. I thought the tongue weight might be too heavy for the drill but I used my cordless Dewalt with my 20v battery and it handled it with no problems. I definitely recommend this jack.
My old center-mount jack was causing me to bottom out when backing into customer driveways since my trailer rides pretty low. This JXS swivel jack is perfect for my situation. It is also much more sturdy and well-built than the original. The drill crank option is great. Just be careful of your wrists as it does require a lot of torque when using the drill method.

Great! Ive checked the bolts for tightness a few times over the past year and everything has been solid. No need to make adjustments. It has performed well.
Just installed yesterday. Overall, the quality seems nice. I wish the brackets were an inch or so taller so it could’ve mounted over/under my rail, but I modified my trailer to allow for thru-hole bolted connections. Crank operation is very smooth and the powder coat appears to be well done.
