Materials are good.. I would have like to seen less “slop” in the assembled assembly. When installed it sat at an angle due to excess play in parts.. Also would like to see a better quality wheel.. We’ll see how this one holds up.
The boat did move around better with this unit on.
Replaced a Fulton 2 jack on my boat trailer with this 3000lb capacity one and it wouldn’t lift the trailer off the ball. The Fulton jack is only 1600lb capacity and never had a problem lifting it. It has been returned. Stay clear it’s a toy.
seems like a great product when we pulled out of the box the top gear cap was busted otherwise I would rate it much better
I give a 5 star for the Etrailer team for the job they do, but I'm still evaluating the jack but like it so far. I really like the removable handle and the height adjustment. The swivel pin with cotter key I'm not sure about. That might take some time.

Its better than I expected! It came with a damaged grease cap, but you guys hooked me up with a new one. Im glad I paid for the extra weight capacity. My previous jack was rated at 1500, this one is at 3000. MAJOR difference in how easy it let's up and down!

If your tired of crappy unsafe jacks, get this one. It does cost more but its worth it.
