I have a different option for you, but the Trailer Valet JXS Jack # TV64FR is not recommended for use in salt water per my contact at Trailer Valet.
Instead you will want to go with the Fulton Marine Jack - Square Tube, Fixed Mount - 28" Lift - 5,000 lbs # HD50000101 which has the same 5000lb rating but has a 600 Hour Salt Spray Rating so it will hold up perfectly in marine applications.
This jack fits trailer frames that are 3" wide x 5" tall which is virtually the same as the Trailer Valet option.
