Recommended Jack for Clearance When Lowering a Tailgate

I have a question on electric tongue jacks. I need a jack with approx 4000lb capacity for an airstream trailer. I need the jack head to rotate 90degree so i can the truck tailgate while the trailer is hooked up. Any advice? thanks...Vince

Sorry to disappoint Vince but that's not a thing. There's no electric tongue jacks that rotate. They're all fixed like the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack item # SC63VR you were looking at. We've had people re-drill the mounting holes and push it back but I know most Airstream Trailer's are tight on tongue space.
Another option is to switch to a side mount option with the Trailer Valet JXS Trailer Jack w/ Footplate item # TV64FR. This jack can be rotated down when you're hooked up to your truck. It also has an included bit that lets you operate the jack with a drill. It does fit frames up to 4-3/4" tall x 3-3/4" deep.
