does the grease help it go up and down.....mine is brand new but gets tight in some places and wont move, I have a 20v portable drill

The grease zerk on the Trailer Valet JXS Trailer Jack # TV64FR will provide Grease # L11390 to the gears inside the head of the jack. This is the only place that I recommend using grease on the jack.
I recommend using a dry spray lube like the Roadmaster LubeMaster Dry Silicone Spray # RM-747 on the jack tube as grease and other wet lubricants will collect dirt and dust making it harder for the jack to operate properly.
