Hitch is as described. Fits perfectly under the factory step. Very easy installation, if you follow directions it's almost effortless.
Easy to install, however, it drops way lower than I'd like.
Install was quick an easy. I would recommend a floor jack or extra set of hands to hold the hitch up while lining up the bolts.

Just installed today and seems very well constructed. Online instructions were helpful. Hangs a little lower than I anticipated. Needed to add trailer connector bracket.
This is the second one of these particular hitches that I have purchased. The first one was installed on a 2012 mercedes benz sprinter. That performed flawlessly , the entire time that I owned that van , which was right up until 2024. In 2024 I sold the 2012 and bought another brand new sprinter. I purchased the second hitch and installed it on the 2024. I will comment these were surprisingly tight tolerances. It took a bit of muscle to get the hitch into position. Personally, I believe that that is a good thing. I have no doubt that I will easily get that same decade out of this unit.

Simple installation. Perfect fit for a 2020 Sprinter 2500 4x4 diesel. No interference from exhaust tailpipe. Requires 18mm socket ans wrench. Needed a 1/2 drive breaker bar w/ 18mm deep socket to loosen the bumper M12 bolts.
Looks to be very high quality, install was super easy, it fit perfectly. Looking forward to many years of use.
I have had great products com from etrailers over the years! But this [hitch] from Curt is as bad of an example of American Workmanship I’ve ever seen! The welds are absolutely awful, I’ve been welding 35 years and 20 of that in robotics. I know Curt industries and would think they could produce better.
This hitch was a perfect fit for our 2023 Mercedes Sprinter. It bolted right on with no adjustment necessary.

It fit perfectly . It looks incredible . I have used it for trailing and for my bike time with my motorcycle on it . My only quipe is that I had to purchase additional hardware (bolts , nuts etc ) which brought the cost up slightly . However I couldn’t be HAPPIER with my purchase .
Ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Thursday. Build quality and finish look good. My only real disappointment is the hit wasn't packaged well for transportation (basically a large plastic bag wrapped and taped around the hitch) so it arrived with damage to the paint in a few areas. I touched it up with black spray paint before installation.
Installation was very easy. The bolts that held my rear step in place were already oriented correctly so I didn't have to remove them and reinsert from the opposite side. There was some overspray/over applications of the vehicle undercoating onto the mounting surface, but it was easily removed with a putty knife. I didn't have a second set of hands to help so I used a set of jack stands to support the main cross member of the hitch and simply pivoted it into place, sliding a bolt in on each side to keep in there before sliding under the van to install and torque the rest. 30 minutes start to finish.
Nice looking hitch. If it weren't for the shipping damage from the poor packing job I would have given it 5 stars.
Solid. Very straight forward to install, and much easier if you have a helper. It's a tight fit side to side so I used a jack in the middle with a support and it slid right into place. The reason for 4 stars is that the holes are a bit bigger than the bolts so once the hitch is weighted, the tongue end drops about 1/4" which means there is a slight downward angle. Not a big deal unless you are extending or have limited ground clearance. I don't know that it will be a problem and doubt that anything else is better, just wanted to let folks know. 2024 Sprinter 2500 144 and the hitch fits perfect with the factory full step which is a lot better than the factory hitch that comes with the single step plate.
The hitch was a breeze to install, it took about an hour taking my time. The electronic box took a little longer, but was easy as well. Since it's been on the Sprinter we've pulled a utility trailer (6x12) with gate and full sides. The hitch and relay box have worked flawlessly. I highly recommend the hitch, relay box and etrailer.

Everything is still working as it should. The hitch has not rusted out as predicted by a Mercedes snob on the Sprinter Forum. So glad I saved the money and went with your product.
Fits great . Wiring took longer to do than hitch.
Missing the bracket I bought to mount the receiver
Plug. Had to buy one when I had it installed.
Awesome hitch. It came wrapped in heavy duty plastic instead of a box which is a good idea although it takes a few minutes to cut the plastic off without scratching the hitch. Installation instructions were spot on with exception of the two bolts included for where the missing bolt was on the original unit the nuts were 18 mm and the bolt heads were 19 kind of bizarre. I was a little disappointed I thought there was gonna be a place to mount the trailer connector outlet I’ll have to see what’s available.

This kit was easy to install and has served reliably for the full year. No complaints, if I needed a new hitch this would be my choice.
