Hey Mike, to pick out the correct hitch for your 2023 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 high roof comes down to what style of rear bumper your vehicle has. If it's a standard bumper the Curt part # C13388 is a really great option. If it has a factory step bumper instead you'd want the part # 13358.
