Distance Between Brackets of Curt Hitch 13358 for 2018 Mercedes Sprinter 3500

Question:
thanks for the fast response to my last question - my next is a judgment call on your part perhaps with the part in front of you. Do you think there is one-quarter inch of play - flex - however we want to describe it - using leverage if required - between the two points that attach to the chassis - I know it will bend in a bit - can it bent out a quarter inch in your opinion?

I can go ahead and give you the measurement between the bolt holes for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13358.
As you can see by the accompanying diagram, this hitch measures 39-1/2 inches between the brackets from inside to inside, and you can use that to determine if it will fit along with the ramp on your 2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500.
I have added a link below to the installation instructions for you to check out as well of the Curt Hitch # 13358.
