Is Curt Hitch 13358 Going to Be Too Recessed When Installed on 2019 Mercedes Sprinter 2500

Question:

Will this hitch come out far enough to work? It looks short to me. The step bumper has all of the cameras for the 360 cameras for the Mercedes nav packagage

The Curt hitch part # 13358 is recessed under the step bumper like you can see in the attached picture but it's not recessed to the point it wouldn't work well. It wouldn't interfere with the camera setup either.
