I currently do not see a trailer hitch receiver for your 2023 Mercedes Sprinter 1500 with a bumper step. This would require you to have a custom receiver fabricated using the Curt Weld-On # E17. The Curt Receiver # 13358 you found will only fit on the 2500 and 3500 models.
