So I have a 2022 Toyota Tacoma 2wd, SR It is not set up for tow. I’ll need the hitch, the full wiring and the plug for my bumper. Can you tell me the part #s I need.

For a complete towing set up for a 2022 Toyota Tacoma you're going to want to start with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13264 you were looking at. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your Tacoma with included hardware. It is the best hitch capacity hitch for your truck.
You will also need the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter item # 22117. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your Tacoma's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side tail lights. This plug in adapter also comes with a plug and play wiring harness for a Tekonsha brake controller. I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller item # 90195. This is a proportional brake controller that activates your trailer brakes in proportion to your Tacoma's braking action.
To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
