The highest rated trailer hitch we have for a 2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 4x4 with 170" Wheelbase is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13358 if you have the factory step bumper which is rated for 5,000 lbs gross trailer weight and 500 lbs tongue weight or the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13388 if you have the standard bumper which is rated for 6,000 lbs gross trailer weight and 600 lbs tongue weight. Unfortunately, there isn't any way to strengthen the tongue but the factory hitch could be rated as high as 750 lbs so that may work for your setup.
In regards to helping the rear suspension with the added weight, we do have an option for this in the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-327-40-2 which will do an excellent job of helping to reduce rear end sag/squat while you have your motorcycle attached.

I have similar situation. I have the 3500 sprinter and I would like to do the same. Did Hugh make any modifications to his vehicle. My vehicle’s tongue weight capacity reads 500 pounds. Are you saying that 750 is the true weight capacity. Has Hugh had any problems with his set up.
