The Adarac M-Series aluminum ladder rack handles up to 500 lbs (250 lbs per bar), giving you plenty of strength for both job materials and weekend toys. It’s built to carry ladders, lumber, piping, skis, kayaks, or anything long that doesn’t fit in the bed. The mid-cab height keeps loads steady above the bed and out of the way of gear stored below.
The rack is made from lightweight, heavy-duty aluminum that won’t rust or corrode. The extruded anodized aluminum finish adds durability and keeps the rack looking sharp through years of weather and use. It’s strong enough for heavy loads but light enough to remove or reposition when you need the bed clear.
Square crossbars have mounting channels on both the top and bottom, so you can attach tie-downs or accessories wherever you need them. Well made, solid/strong and good looking product. It was easy to install (and remove) with simple tools on my 2014 F150 crew cab with 5.5ft bed and has nice solid fit and finish. No noticeable wind noise.
I like that I can remove the uprights and cross bars in 5 minutes to put ATV or larger items in the bed.
I have it outfitted with snowboard/bike racks and plan to add cargo basket. This opens up a lot of space in the bed and still allows me to have tonneau cover rolled down to keep bed contents dry and protected.
Also works well for hauling larger items like box springs, tables, etc. I was able to strap a mattress and box spring on this rack and fit a couch in the bed underneath.
