This custom underbed rail kit mounts beneath the bed so you can keep using the full bed space when your hitch is out. There are no exposed rails—just four mounting holes that sit flush with the bed surface. It’s a clean, low-profile setup that lets you load gear, haul materials, or use a tonneau cover without anything in the way.
The brackets mount to the outside of the frame rails and secure the crossmembers that sit along the top of the frame under the bed. The design reduces installation time and requires less drilling than a universal system, while still providing a sturdy foundation for your Demco UMS 5th-wheel or gooseneck hitch. All rails and installation hardware are included, so everything fits together as it should.
The black powder-coated steel structure holds up against weather and road grime. It stays strong and resists rust even after years of towing. With a 5-year limited warranty, this setup is built to stay dependable through repeated hook-ups and heavy use.

Hitch looks great and functions great as well. Installation could’ve been smoother due to the installation instruction measurements being slightly off. Look at finding hole caps that are 3” instead of two and drilling the larger hole.
