I have a 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 that I am doing a van build on. I need a trailer hitch recommendation.

If your 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 has the factory step bumper, I suggest the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 13358. If you have the standard bumper, then the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C13388. Both of these are Class III hitches that are fully welded in their construction and have received an excellent powder coated finish. They are a bolt-on installation and each will fit the long or short wheel base version, type bumper that is in place is the deciding factor for over the other.

You don't state if this hitch is needed for accessories such as bike rack or cargo carrier or for towing. If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need # TK22115 for a 7-way connector. If towing a trailer with brake axles, I suggest the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Brake Controller, # 90195.
