For your 2017 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali, I recommend the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit for Factory Chevy and GM Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, # C60692. This is a confirmed fit for your factory prep package. This ball and loop kit are rated for 30,000lbs so you will be limited by your truck capacity not the hitch.
To give you easy access to connect your trailer wiring of your 2014 Coachmen Brookstone, I recommend the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long # C56000. I've attached an installation video for you to check out.
