I have a 2019 Ford F-250 with the pucks in the bed of the truck and I need the gooseneck ball and safety chain loops to tow a trailer.

For your 2019 Ford F-250 with the factory rail kit installed you'll want the Curt gooseneck ball and safety chain loops part # C60692. This kit has the easiest to use ball and safety chain loops that are the easiest to attach to as well.
