Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Curt Spyder gooseneck trailer hitch for fifth wheel rails. Has a 30,000 pound gross towing weight capacity. Now, this Spyder hitch will allow your truck, that's equipped with industry standard fifth wheel rails, to be able to tow your gooseneck trailer. You can see it features four attachment points right here.
Gives you a nice solid installation, and also, quick removal to your fifth wheel base rails. It is designed to work with Demco, Husky, Draw-Tite, Reese, Hidden Hitch, and Curt fifth wheel rails. If you notice it in the front here, it does have attached these safety chain hookups that you can attach your safety chains to. Does come with the pins and clips for attaching this hitch to the rails. And it does resist rust and corrosion.
Has a nice, durable carbide powder coat finish to it. Again, the specs on this, the gross towing weight capacity is 30,000 pounds, the vertical load limit or pin weight capacity is 7,500 pounds, and the ball size is a standard 2 5/16 diameter gooseneck ball size.
