Question:

My 2022 Ford F350 Tremor with the 7.3 gas, 5th wheel/gooseneck Puck system is arriving to the dealer mid December. I have a 2021 41 foot Montana with a maximum weight of 16k. Can I use The Anderson Ultimate Hitch? What do I need to make it all worked out? Thank you

The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter - 20,000 lbs # AM3200 is designed to work with truck beds over 6' in length and has a gross towing weight of 20,000 lbs so your weight and bed length are covered. This system is designed to fit industry-standard rails, so the rails will need to be added since it will not fit your puck system. Keep in mind, this only works with fixed pin boxes.

For rails that will fit your puck system, I recommend the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 20,000 lbs # RP30156. This will mount in your puck system and allow you to use the Andersen hitch.

If you need wiring, I recommend the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness for Aluminum Truck Bed - 7 Way RV - 7' Long # 54701-007-010. This will provide you with a 7-way connection in the bed of your truck for your 5th wheel.
