Will this work in a 610inch bed

Richard, I'm going to assume there was a typo with the bed length, and you meant to put 61" or 6'1" making this a short bed. If that's the case, then unfortunately the Curt RockerBall Multi-Fit Ball Kit w/ 4" Offset for Factory Gooseneck Hitches # C78ZV is not going to work.
Instead, for the short bed you are going to need Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit for GM/Chevy/Ford/Nissan Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C60692 if you have the prep package, or the Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Installation Kit # C65HR if you don't have the prep package.
