Question:

I have am3200 Anderson hitch, just purchased a 2023 gmc 2500 short bed truck with ome on it. Will the Anderson am3200 work with the curt c60692 ball and safety hooks. I know the Anderson puts a lot of up pressure on the ball.

The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter # AM3200 will not accept other gooseneck balls like the # C60692 so you wouldn't be able swap it out the connection point with anything but the Replacement Ball # AM3201.

If you're talking about the other Andersen Ultimate Hitch that connects to a gooseneck ball in the bed then yes, the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit # C60692 will work with it.

I do however recommend going with the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061 instead because the latching system is better. Typically the latch on the head of the ball like with the # C60692 will get damaged and not want to unlatch from the bed. The latch on this B&W ball is out of the way and won't have something pressing against it and risking the chance of it being damaged.
