this product went in really fast i mounted it under the body up threw the pass side rear tail light instead of up threw the side of the bed to keep it clean simple to install i didn't even need the directions. installed on a 2012 f350 dually
Clean and simple install easy enough for a DIYer.
The wiring harness was easy to install. Just unsnap the original harness, snap the new over the old and snap the original on that. 15 minutes.

Still working great!
I purchased a 5th wheel wiring harness and heat shrink butt connectors,
for my 2015 GMC Sierra. I installed a tail gate light bar and did not want to cut the factory wiring. With the harness I was able to plug into the factory trailing plug
and butt connect to the light bar, while still being able to use both the 7 blade and flat trailer connectors. It made for a easy and very clean connection. thank you to

Exactly what I needed and arrived as scheduled. This is going to make the hookup for my fifth-wheel electrical even more safe.

If you viewed the Dodge ram video you think this item is coming with more then it is. Read the fine print. This is just the wiring harness. It does not include the connector or self tapping screws. The connector in the bed of the truck is another $18. and you are on your own for the self tapping screws.
They need to take down the Dodge Ram video and make a new one showing what you do get with this wiring harness and what else you must buy to make it work.
Very misleading.
Wish I had of seen or read the related products as I did not realize a Reese socket would not work. Other wise a breeze to install

The product I purchased is of high quality and fit perfectly.
Etrailer has become my "go-to" for anything I need for towing my trailers.
Part worked out great and is an exact match to my factory harness. My stock connector is identical and even says "pollack" on it. This made for a great upgrade and easy install.
does not come with the trailer plug end, should have ordered the other kit with the plug end. otherwise excellent.
I bought a splice adapter to put a plug in my truck bed. Very easy to install and fit perfectly. Very good product at a great price.
