Will this kit work on a 2013 Ram HD 3500? Cummins Diesel.

Yes, the Pollack Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness, # PK11932, will work with your 2013 Ram 3500HD as long as you already have an in-bed 7-way trailer socket that accepts they standard US style round connector (see photo).
If you do not have the socket, then I recommend getting part # PK11893-11932. This is the same harness, but it also includes the 7-way socket.
These harnesses tee in to the back of the bumper mounted 7-way socket on your truck. I have attached an installation video on a 2012 Ram 3500 for you to check out. The model years were slightly different, but the installation process will be the same.
