Could Pollak 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Trailer Connector Wiring Harness Be Used with Heavy Duty 7-Way

Can i use this wiring harness for installing a Heavy DUTY 7 Pin connector? # PK11932 Or does this only work with the 7 pin blade traditional?

Heavy duty 7-ways don't use the same round style of connector like what the part # PK11932 has. You could use this adapter still but you'd have to cut off the plugs and wire each wire individually to the 7-way instead.
