Wiring Parts Needed to Connect F-250 7-Way Socket to Lights on Headache Rack

Longtime customer here w/ questions... I just utilized LED lights that I purchased earlier from etrailer to make a headache rack for my pickup. Two red and two clear. I have the lights hooked up correctly for all functions but need to know easiest way to connect into my 2001 F250s existing wiring under the bed. Right now I have a total of five wires I need to connect to the trailer wiring....where and how do I tap in to my existing factory 7-way tow wiring??

All lighting functions are accessible at the 7-way socket on your 2001 F-250. The function(s) carried on each of the 7-way contacts are shown in the linked photo. The easiest way to tap into these circuits is to install a 5th wheel wiring harness like # PK11932.
This harness plugs in in parallel to the existing 7-way. Just remove the round U.S. Car connector at the back of your 7-way socket and plug in the PK11932 between the OEM harness and the socket. This will give you 7-1/2-feet of new wiring for the lights while the stock 7-way remains fully active as before. The harness has terminated wires at the other end. Installation is shown in the linked video.
You may need additional wire to reach your headache rack's lights. You can use # 12-1-1 which is sold by the foot. For 1/2-inch wire loom to protect your new wiring you can use # 459075-1 which is sold by the foot.
