Yes, the Pollak 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Trailer Connector part # PK11932 that you referenced will fit both your 2010 Chevy Silverado and your 2011 Chevy Silverado. For the 7-way to go along with this kit you would need the part # PK11893.
For a similar wiring kit that would not require you to pin out the connector and comes with a 7-way you could get the Hopkins Wiring kit part # 41157. I attached an install video for this product for you to check out also.
