The Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # LC285326 that you referenced can definitely be used on a 26 foot motorhome that is on a Ford E-450 chassis.

These are a universal fit so you will just need to make sure that you have enough space on your frame to mount the 10-1/4" long x 3-1/4" wide base. I have attached a photo giving some dimensions for you.

These jacks have a load capacity of 10,000 lbs (5,000 lbs each) and can give you up to a 24" lift. Any set of scissor jacks are meant to help stabilize some of the weight of your RV or trailer, so you never want to use these to actually lift your RV or trailer.
