I've bought 2 Reese Quick Install kits this year, the sales reps at etrailer were very helpful.Shipping times great. Did have wrong bracket in one order, was taken care of promptly.

Very poor design for the Ram 3500. The front brackets have four holes to secure the rail. Two are used and the other two bolts use spacers and the bed to secure the rail. Should be designed to use all of the bracket for a stronger hold on the hitch.

Front brackets do not have a specific spot they can be installed, So it just makes it harder to line up properly before drilling into your bed

Very good no problem installing every so often just go over the bolt on the frame of truck for tightness
