CIPA Clip-on Towing Mirror Installation - 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe

Speaker 1: Today, on our 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe, we're going to be doing a test fit on the CIPA Clip-on Towing Mirror, Part Number 7070.It offers us a wide field of view. It's going to allow us to safely and easily change lanes, pass, park, or even back up while towing a trailer or a small camper. As you can see, I'm visible in the towing mirror, but not the factory mirror. The mirror itself can be adjusted to most angles. We've got our up and down, diagonal, and side to side.We can also move it to the horizontal position for a different view. Here, you can see our full clips and how they attach to our housing.



K Source Universal Clip-On Towing Mirror Installation - 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe

Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe, we're gonna be doing a test fit on the K Source universal clip-on towing mirror. It's available in a quantity of one with part number KS3891, and a quantity of two with part number KS3891-2.It offers us a wide field of view. It's gonna allow us to safely and easily change lanes, pass, park or even back up while towing a trailer or camper. As you can see, I'm visible in the towing mirror, but not the factory mirror. Now if I take a few steps in towards my trailer, as you can see, there's no blind spot by the way we have it set up. But this is a view you get with just your factory mirror.The mirror itself can be adjusted to most angles.

Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe, we're going to be doing a test fit on the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors for the driver and passenger sides, part KS80920. These K-Source Towing Mirrors are a custom fit. They're specifically designed to fit your Chevrolet Tahoe. With this towing mirror installed, it's going to give you an expanded view of the road and your trailer. It's going to allow you to safely and easily change lanes, pass, park, or even back up.Here on the backside you can see how they're super aerodynamic. One of its best features is that it's going to retain that factory look.



CIPA Dual-View Clip-On Towing Mirror Installation - 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe

Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe we're going to be doing a test fit on the CIPA Universal Fit Dual-View Towing Mirror, Part Number 11953. It offers us a wide field of view. It's going to allow us to safely and easily change lanes, pass, park, or even back up while towing a trailer or a small camper. As you can see, I'm visible in the towing mirror but not the factory mirror. Between both mirrors, the larger and the smaller one, you get the same view, just a closer, more clearer view in the larger one.If I take a few steps in towards my trailer, as you can see there's no blind spot by the way we have it set up, but this is the view you get with just your factory mirror. CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors Installation - 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe, we'll be installing the CIPA Custom Towing Mirror, part number CM10900. The CIPA Custom Towing Mirror is a sleek and stylish design to prevent vibrations and wind noise. It simply slides up and over the original manufacturer's mirror. Here, it has a manual mirror that can be adjusted up, down, in, or out as necessary to view your towing product. As you can see, its sturdy design won't move around even at highway speeds. Note it also does not interfere with the manufacturer's mirror, so viewing of the blinker or moving the mirror as necessary will not be obstructed. Now with our driver side installed, let's move over to the passenger side and install that one. Here we can see the grooves that will line up on the back side of the mirror and the front side simply slips into position. Then we'll take our wedge, slide it into the groove, and line up the portion here with the threaded portion of our mirror.



CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors Installation - 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today, on this 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe, we're going to install part number 10902. This is CIPA's custom towing mirror for the passenger side. To start off our install, we need to get our parts ready to go. We'll have to attach two pieces of foam to our part. One will be to the wedge, which holds the mirror in place. The other will actually go on the inside edge of the mirror itself.



CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors Installation - 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on this 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe we're going to install part number 10901. This is Cipa's custom towing mirror for a driver's side. To start off our install we need to get our parts ready to go. We'll have to attach 2 pieces of foam to our part. 1 will be to a wedge which holds the mirror in place, and the other will actually go on the inside edge of the mirror itself. It's also a good idea to clean out the front of the mirror of any dirt and debris that if it's in the way before installing the mirror; that way, the paint won't get damaged by the grit.



Longview Custom Towing Mirrors Installation - 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2013 Chevy Tahoe, well be testing the Longview Slide On Original Custom Towing Mirrors, part number CTM 1600.Now to begin our test fit, well slide our new Longview mirrors onto the original manufactures mirror. Note that each mirror is designed for only one side of the vehicle.Now with the mirror on, well install the brackets. Well slide the plastic piece onto the hole at the end of the mirror with the flat rounded piece at one end. Well then slide the next long plastic piece with the hook through the hole on the L-bracket. Note when tightening the knobs before the hook is secured, tighten the knobs down just a little bit to ensure the hook can get around the mirror.Well now take the hook and put it around the manufactures existing mirror. Well then tighten down the knobs to secure the Longview mirror to the manufactures mirror.



Longview Custom Towing Mirrors Installation - 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on this 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe were going to do a test fit of part number CTM1600, a custom towing mirror from Longview. This part number comes with both sides. Were going to be working with the drivers side today. Well start off our test fit by sliding our towing mirror over to factory mirror. Make sure its fully seated around the factory mirror. Then we can go ahead and install our cache of hardware.



CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors Installation - 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on this 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe were going to do a test fit of part number 10901 from Cipa. This is their custom towing mirror for the drivers side. Well start off our test fit by sliding on the new Cipa mirror over the factory mirror and well go out three quarters of the way. Then well take our wedge and put it between the Cipa mirror and the factory mirror. Then well push the two together. Well make sure that the towing mirror is fully seated onto the original mirror, and then well go ahead and install the locking knob.
