Hello! I have a 2022 Tacoma SL5 and am looking for the K Source Snap and Zap towing mirrors that fit our truck. Can you provide me with the model that will work for us? Thank you, Steve

Hi Steve!

We do have a Snap & Zap options for your 2022 Toyota Tacoma SL5 with the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors - Snap On - Driver and Passenger Side # KS93NQ. That said, these are still only available for preorder and we don't have a release date for them quite yet. If you are willing to give it a little bit, they will definitely be the ones to go with (the Snap & Zap mirrors are by far my favorite as they look the best and stay put the best). Oh and just be aware that these will not fit vehicles with extendable or telescoping mirrors, but since you are wanting towing mirrors I would be willing to bet yours do not. Nevertheless, I still figured I would mention it.

If you are in desperate need of towing mirrors though, the best option is the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Convex Mirror - Qty 2 # KS3891-2. These are universal, but I have found them to be the most stable of all the universal options we currently carry. The convex mirror surface also gives you a pretty wide view of what's behind you.

On that note, what are you towing or going to be towing with your Tacoma? And have you had bad luck with universal mirrors in the past?

Thanks! That makes sense. Hopefully they are released soon. We tow a GeoPro 20GFS, so it's small and relatively light. There's no rush on extended mirrors, but I'd like to get them once they're released. Steve

@SteveP They most likely will be released pretty soon. I am honestly shocked it has taken this long for someone to make custom fit towing mirrors for the Tacoma. Glad it's K-Source as well. They make the best mirrors on the market, at least in my opinion. And cool camper! We were at the St. Louis RV show a few months back and there were a few of these there. I liked the compact, yet very livable space it offered. Where are you getting ready to take it?

@Robert I contacted K-Source, but haven't hear anything back from them as of yet, unfortunately. I would guess it's fairly soon, but I don't have a specific date yet. If/when I hear from them though, I will definitely update you.
