Question:
Hi, Just confirming the etailer trailer hitch will fit a 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid AWD. Sounds like it will but it does say “excludes hybrid” under the description. Looking for 2inch. Thanks Rob

Hey Robert!
Yes, the eetrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98848 will work on hybrid and non-hybrid models of the 2023 Honda CRV (including AWD). It's a bit confusing how we word it, but basically we are saying it fits "hybrid" and fits "excluding-hybrid".
I've attached an installation video for you to check out in case you plan to do it yourself. It's a fairly straight forward install and should take a couple hours to do it. You will need to trim a small plastic piece under your bumper, just like the other receivers that fit the vehicle. This is common and won't be seen from the back of the vehicle luckily!
What do you plan to use the hitch for? If towing a small trailer, you'll also want 4 way light harness # C56370 which is plug and play, then a ball mount like # e67DR.

I installed this trailer hitch on my 2024 Hybrid with no problems but I understand the hesitation. Even with floor mats, there seems to be a difference between hybrids and non-hybrids.
