Question:
Hi. I need to add a hitch to my 2019 Honda CR-V. i went though the fit guide. See the options. Could you compare the different ones for this vehicle? Do you have a recommendation? Thank you.

The available trailer hitches for your 2019 Honda CR-V can be pretty easily categorized into hidden and non-hidden groups. I highly recommend going with a hidden-crosstube hitch, especially on a new vehicle like yours, as this is going to create a really sleek, from-the-factory appearance when installed.
The etrailer.com # e98848, EcoHitch # 306-X7345, and the Curt # C13397 for your CR-V all feature this same design and really don't differ all that much from each other. Between these options I recommend the etrailer.com # e98848 because its the only model that features a unique matte black finish (instead of a shiny gloss) that does a nice job of matching the vehicle's exterior and is less prone to scratches.
I have attached a couple images of this hitch installed so you can see exactly how it will look on your vehicle, along with a full install video that you can follow along with.
The other trailer hitch available for your 2019 Honda CR-V is the Draw-Tite # 76128, which is the only option that will be completely visible underneath the vehicle. This isn't the prettiest look but it does offer a slightly easier install process.

Thanks. The question was actually, what was the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to any obstruction as you go toward the front of the vehicle, or the backstop distance. However, since asking the question, I purchased the etrailer hitch and a rockymounts monorail bike rack. I think it will fit on the etrailer hitch. Thanks again.

On trailer hitch e98848 on a 2019 Honda CR-V, what is the backstop distance? Will a Thule T2 Pro XT bike rack fit on the installed 2 inch hitch?
