Will Optronics LED Combination Lights Work ON 2023 Shoreland'r Trailer

Updated 08/31/2026 | Published 08/30/2026

Question:

I have a 2023 Shorelandr trailer for my 2023 19 ft Yamaha SX190. Would these trailer light work with my original trailer lights. TLL16RK I also need the two small amber clearance lights that are by wheel well. I would all of them sealed with LED lights. Thanks

Hey Jeff, welcome back! The Optronics LED Trailer Light Kit # TLL16RK will work well on your ShoreLand'r as long as the size works for your mounting locations. The lights measure 8-1/16" long x 2-7/8" tall x 2-13/16" deep, and they're completely sealed and submersible.

For the small amber lights by the wheel wells, I recommend the Optronics LED Clearance Light # MCL95AB. These are also sealed and submersible and measure 2-1/8" x 1-1/8" x 1-1/16". If you were looking for a different size or mounting style let me know in the comments and I'll see what else is available.

Did you add the marine slides to your trailer yet?

Hi as for the small amber clearance lights mine are smaller and round but I did see mini ones also but they might be too small. Should I go with the slightly bigger round ones. OPT73KB

@JeffS I would get the # MCL10AKB since they're sonically sealed. Same 3/4" size. I don't think we have any that are smaller but it wouldn't be too difficult to enlarge the existing hole to mount them.

Would this clearance light need to be spliced. Or does the original shorelandr trailer have a 3 prong plug

@Jeff this is designed to be spliced, should be fine with a heat shrink butt connector. I don't have a way of knowing what kind of connectors were originally used on those lights.
