Trailer is 7096 lbs, tongue weigth is 829lbs,34 ft 5 in long all factory spec. so is this the best weight rated hitch for me with weight safe hitch?

Hey Greg! Yes, the Weigh Safe True Tow Weight Distribution Hitch - 2" Shank - 8" Drop - 12.5K GTW, 1.2K TW # WS82ZR is the one you want based on those specs. You're pushing the limits of the tongue weight on the # WS79VR so it is best to move up to the next rating. The True Tow is a really great system that is easy adjust so everything is set perfectly each time you're towing. I highly recommend it.
